采用孢子萌发法对引起苜蓿锈病的病原菌进行了生物学特性研究, 并采用不同的杀菌剂进行了室内毒力测定。研究表明:在100%相对湿度下, 苜蓿锈菌夏孢子在5~30 ℃都能萌发, 但温度在20~25 ℃萌发最快; 光照和1%葡萄糖液有促进孢子萌发的作用; 不同杀菌剂室内毒力测定研究表明, 吡唑醚菌酯和嘧菌酯效果最好, 其EC50 分别为0.040 1、0.068 1 mg/L。 |

The biological characteristics of the uredospores of alfalfa rust were studied using the uredospores germination method. The results showed that the most suitable temperature for germination was 20-25 ℃ under 100% relative humidity; light and 1% glucose solution had promotion effect on spore germination. The toxicity test showed that pyraclostrobin and azoxystrobin had good effects on the uredospores of alfalfa rust, with an EC50 value of 0.040 1 mg/L and 0.068 1 mg/L, respectively. |
