      采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取采自河南信阳的土荆芥花序和叶的挥发油, 采用GC-MS进行组分分析, 并测定挥发油的抑菌作用。结果表明:土荆芥花序和叶的挥发油的含油率分别为4.02%和1.64%; GC-MS从挥发油中分别分离到10个和9个组分, 均鉴定出7个组分, 占挥发油总量的98.431%和99.103%; 挥发油的主要组分均为驱蛔素、2-蒈烯和α-松油烯, 但相对含量差异较大; 叶和花序的挥发油对小麦赤霉病菌具有强烈的熏蒸抑制作用, EC50 分别为1.46 μL/皿和1.80 μL/皿。
英文摘要:
      Essential oils from the flowers and leaves of Chenopodium ambrosioides L. in Xinyang City of Henan Province were extracted by steam distillation, and their chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS. The antifungal activity of essential oils was also studied. The results showed that the yields of essential oils from the flowers and leaves were 4.02% and 1.64%, respectively. Ten and 9 constituents were isolated, and 7 constituents were identified, accounting for 98.431% and 99.103% of the total essential oils from the flowers and leaves by GC-MS, respectively. The main chemical constituents of all essential oils were ascaridole, 2-carene and α-terpinene, but the relative contents varied. The essential oils from leaves and flowers showed strong fumigation antifungal activity to Fusarium graminearum, with an EC50 value of 1.46 μL/dish and 1.80 μL/dish, respectively.
