      采用浸苗法测定了6种杀虫剂对湖南5个地区黄曲条跳甲成虫的毒力,结果表明:毒死蜱、丙溴磷、哒螨灵、鱼藤酮的毒力较高,LC50分别为40.592~62. 504、46.474~66.449、68.103~125.849、60.249~81. 574 mg/L。啶虫脒和吡虫啉的毒力相对较低,LC50分别为134.573~248.511和157.065~266.446mg/L。通过毒力大小分析,丙溴磷、哒螨灵、鱼藤酮是防治黄曲条跳甲的良好药剂。
英文摘要:
      Toxicity of six kinds of pesticides to Phyllotreta striolata (Fabricius) in five regions of Hunan were evaluated by leaf dipping method. The results showed that toxicity of chlorpyrifos, profenofos, pyridaben and rotenone were better than that of other pesticides, with the LC50 values of 40.592-62.504, 46.474-66.449, 68.103-125.849 and 60.249-81.574 mg/L, respectively. Acetamiprid and imidacloprid have lower toxicity, with the LC50 values of 134.573-248.511 and 157.065-266.446 mg/L, respectively. Toxicity analysis indicated profenofos, pyridaben and rotenone are the good candidates for controlling Phyllotreta striolata.
