为探寻越南伯克霍尔德氏菌B418代谢产物中的杀线虫活性物质,采用色谱分离技术和活性跟踪的方法,从越南伯克霍尔德氏菌B418代谢产物中分离鉴定出六氢-3-(异丙基)-吡咯并[1, 2-a]吡嗪-1, 4-二酮和六氢-3-(苯甲基)-吡咯并[1, 2-a]吡嗪-1, 4-二酮两种活性化合物。生物测定结果显示,两化合物在相对含量比为2. 81∶1,使用浓度为20 mg/mL情况下,对南方根结线虫和秀丽隐杆线虫48 h校正致死率分别为60.45%和67.37%,即对南方根结线虫和秀丽隐杆线虫均有杀虫活性。 |

Chromatographic separation techniques and activity tracking methods were used to determine the nematicidal active substances from Burkholderia vietnamiensis B418 metabolites. The isolated compounds were identified as derivative of diketopiperazine: hexahydro-3-(2-methylpropyl)-pyrrolo [1,2-a] pyrazine-1,4-dione and hexahydro-3-(phenylmethyl)- pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine-1,4-dione. Nematicidal bioassay showed the corrected mortalities against Meloidogyne incognita and Caenorhabditis elegans were 60.45% and 67.37% after 48 h, respectively, with two compounds at the ratio of 2.81∶1 and the concentration of 20 mg/mL. |
