在室内28℃条件下,采用离体叶片饲养,建立实验种群生殖力表的方法,评价了8个玉米自交系对朱砂叶螨[Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval)]的抗生性。结果表明,朱砂叶螨在玉米不同自交系上的生长发育和繁殖存在显著差异。取食自交系‘H1014168’的朱砂叶螨,雌成螨存活率最低,8 d后仅为10.7%,幼螨、若螨的平均发育历期最长,分别为2. 65d和4.23d,内禀增长力(rm)最小,为0.2054。而取食‘H1019005’和‘H1014603-1’的雌成螨8 d后存活率达85.2%和82. 7%,幼螨、若螨平均发育历期最短,分别为2. 05 d和2. 67 d及2. 18 d和3.34 d,rm最大,为0.250 9和0.320 5。由此可知,8个自交系对朱砂叶螨的抗生性存在显著差异,‘H1014168’对朱砂叶螨的抗生性较强,而‘H1014603-1’和‘H1019005’则较弱。 |

With mites reared on the detached leaves, and the fecundity table formed at 28 ℃ in the laboratory, the antibiosis of 8 maize inbred lines to Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval) was evaluated. The results indicated that there was significant difference in development and fecundity of T. cinnabarinus fed on different maize inbred lines. Fed on ‘H1014168’, the survival rate of the adult mites was the lowest (10.7%) at the 8th day after inoculation, and the averaged development durations of the larvae and nymphs were the longest (2.65 d and 4.23 d, respectively), whereas the intrinsic rate of increase (rm) was the smallest (0.205 4). While fed on ‘H1019005’ and ‘H1014603-1’, the survival rate of the adult mites was 85.2% and 82.7% at the 8th day after inoculation, and the averaged development durations of the larvae and nymphs were the shortest (2.05 d and 2.67 d, and 2.18 d and 3.34 d, respectively); the intrinsic rate of increase (rm) was the biggest (0.250 9 and 0.320 5, respectively). These data indicated that there was significant difference in antibiosis of the 8 maize inbred lines to T. cinnabarinus, but ‘H1014168’ was stronger, and ‘H1014603-1’ and ‘H1019005’ were weaker. |
