针对西瓜炭疽病病原菌进行了鉴定及其生物学特性研究。通过病原菌形态学鉴定,柯赫氏法则证病,rDNA ITS测序,鉴定该病致病菌为瓜类炭疽菌(Colletotrichumorbiculare)。生物学特性测定结果表明:病菌菌丝生长最适培养基为PSA; 最适碳、氮源分别为蔗糖和NH4Cl; 最适温度为25℃; 最适pH为6; 黑暗条件利于病菌生长。病菌产孢最适培养基为西瓜茎叶煎汁培养基; 最适碳、氮源分别为蔗糖和NH42SO4; 最适温度为25℃; 最适pH为6; 黑暗条件利于孢子产生。菌丝致死温度为55℃,10min; 分生孢子致死温度为52℃,10min。 |

The watermelon anthracnose pathogens and their biological characteristics were studied. By morphological identification, card of Koch’s postulation, rDNA-ITS sequencing, the watermelon anthracnose pathogen Colletotrichum orbiculare was identified. Biological characteristics measurement showed that PSA was the optimal medium for hyphal growth. The optimum carbon and nitrogen sources were sucrose and NH4Cl; the optimal temperature was 25 ℃; the optimal pH value was 6. The dark condition was conducive to bacterial growth. Fried juice of watermelon stems and leaves was the optimal culture medium for bacterial spores, and the optimum carbon, and nitrogen sources were sucrose and (NH4)2SO4; the optimal temperature was 25 ℃ and the optimal pH value was 6; the dark condition was conducive to spores. Mycelial lethal temperature was 55 ℃ for 10 min, and conidial lethal temperature was 52 ℃ for 10 min. |
