      为控制油菜菌核病在油菜生产上的扩散,挖掘该病的生防资源,以油菜菌核病菌为指示菌,从湖南怀化收集的土样中分离出4株拮抗放线菌株。其中菌株HPS02的抑菌效果最好,无菌发酵液对油菜菌核病菌的菌丝生长抑制率高达91. 04%。经菌株培养性状、形态观察、生理生化鉴定,并结合16SrDNA序列分析,将该菌株鉴定为阿布拉链霉菌(Streptomycesaburaviensis)。抗菌谱研究表明,该菌株对多种植物病原菌都有拮抗作用。发酵液稳定性结果表明,该菌株发酵液对酸碱较为稳定,对温度、紫外线较为敏感。通过硫酸铵沉淀发酵液,其沉淀的抑菌活性与发酵原液一致。经4种不同有机试剂萃取后,萃余相的抑菌活性与原发酵液的抑菌活性相差很小。该研究结果为油菜菌核病的生物防治提供科学依据。
英文摘要:
      The biocontrol resources of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were explored in this study to control the spread of this disease in oilseed rape. Four antagonistic actinomycetes against S. sclerotiorum were isolated from the soil samples collected from Huaihua City, Hunan Province. Among them, strain HPS02 had the highest antagonistic activity against S. sclerotiorum with an inhibition rate of 91.04%. This strain was identified as Streptomyces aburaviensis according to the characteristics of culture, morphology, physiological and biochemical identification and sequence analysis of 16S rDNA. Antimicrobial spectrum study showed that this strain possessed antagonism against a variety of plant pathogens. In addition, the fermentation broth of strain HPS02 was stable to pH value, but it was sensitive to temperature and UV. The antagonistic activity of the precipitate from fermentation broth with (NH4)2SO4 was consistent with the fermentation broth. And after extraction by four different organic reagents, the antagonistic activity of extraction raffinate was almost the same as that of the original broth. The results provide scientific evidence for the biocontrol of the rape sclerotinia rot.
