      研究了4种化学物质对南瓜抗白粉病产生过敏性反应的影响,结果表明H2O2+接菌处理可使南瓜叶片中过敏性细胞数量增加,且随着浓度的升高过敏性细胞数量逐渐增多,经20mmol/L H2O2 + 接菌处理的南瓜叶片,在96h时产生的过敏性细胞比对照多81个/cm2; 而活性氧清除剂过氧化氢酶、抗坏血酸和谷胱甘肽3种化学物质处理+接菌南瓜叶片后,叶片中过敏性细胞的数量显著减少,且浓度越高,过敏性细胞数量越少,2000U/mL过氧化氢酶+接菌、20mmol/L抗坏血酸+接菌和40mg/L谷胱甘肽 + 接菌处理南瓜叶片,96h时过敏性细胞数量分别比对照 + 接菌少79、95和90个/cm2; 接菌10d后,20mmol/L H2O2 + 接菌处理的南瓜叶片的病情指数比对照 + 接菌低14.1,2000U/mL过氧化氢酶 + 接菌、20mmol/L抗坏血酸 + 接菌和40mg/L谷胱甘肽 + 接菌处理的南瓜叶片的病情指数分别比对照高7.47、4.95和6.83。
英文摘要:
      The effects of four chemicals on hypersensitive response (HR) of pumpkin resistance to powdery mildew fungal infection was studied. The results showed that the number of HR cells increased in pumpkin leaves after treated with H2O2 + inoculation, and with the increase of H2O2 concentration, the number of hypersensitive cells increased gradually. Compared with control + inoculation, the number of hypersensitive cells were increased by 81/cm2 after treated with 20 mmol/L H2O2 + inoculation on pumpkin leaves at 96 h; however, the number of HR cells significantly decreased in pumpkin leaves after treated with reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavengers (catalase, ascorbic acid, and glutathione) + inoculation, and with increasing concentration, the number of hypersensitive cells decreased gradually. Compared with control + inoculation, the number of hypersensitive cells were decreased by 79/cm2, 95/cm2 and 90/cm2 after treated with 2 000 U/mL catalase + inoculation, 20 mmol/L ascorbic acid + inoculation and 40 mg/L glutathione + inoculation on pumpkin leaves at 96 h, respectively. Compared with control + inoculation, the disease index was decreased by 14.1 after treated with 20 mmol/L H2O2 + inoculation on pumpkin leaves, but the disease index were increased by 7.47, 4.95 and 6.83 after treated with 2 000 U/mL catalase + inoculation, 20 mmol/L ascorbic acid + inoculation and 40 mg/L glutathione + inoculation on pumpkin leaves after 10 d, respectively.
