微流控芯片(microfluidics)技术是在芯片上对化学或生物样品进行操作和检测的一项新兴技术,具有样品体积小、检测效率高、使用成本低、易于和其他技术设备集成以及兼容性好等特点,有望发展为一种便携式检测装置。微流控芯片技术的应用性研究主要集中在医学上,在农业、食品方面还处于起步阶段。本文从微流控芯片相关概念和技术出发,对该技术及其在医学、农业和食品方面的应用进行综述,对其发展前景进行了展望。 |

Microfluidics is an emerging technology for operating and testing chemical or biological samples on a chip, with a small sample volume, high detection efficiency and low cost, and it is easy to integrate with other technical equipment. It is expected to develop into a portable detection device. Current application of microfluidics is mostly concentrated on medicine; however, applications on agriculture and food are still in its infancy. In this paper, the progresses in microfluidics and its application in medicine, agriculture and food were reviewed, and a brief analysis of its development and prospects was conducted. |
