      为探讨亚致死剂量氯虫苯甲酰胺对小菜蛾 [Plutella xylostella (L.)] 体内活性酶的影响,采用叶片药膜法,用氯虫苯甲酰胺LC50和LC25剂量处理小菜蛾3龄幼虫24、48 h后,测定了幼虫体内羧酸酯酶、多功能氧化酶、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶等4种酶的活性变化。结果表明,亚致死浓度氯虫苯甲酰胺处理除对羧酸酯酶活性影响不显著外,对另3种酶活性均存在一定的抑制作用。谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性下降最明显,LC25和LC50处理小菜蛾24 h后,与对照相比分别下降92.57%和98.01%。
英文摘要:
      To clarify the effects of chlorantraniliprole at sublethal concentrations on the active enzymes of Plutella xylostella (L.),the activities of 4 enzymes, carboxylesterase, function oxidase, glutathione S transferase and acetylcholinesterase in P.xylostella were tested after the 3rd instar larvae were treated with sublethal doses of chlorantraniliprole (LC25 and LC50) by the leaf membrane bioassay. The results showed that 3 enzyme activities descended significantly except CarE, and glutathione S transferase activity decreased the most obviously. When P.xylostella were treated with chlorantraniliprole at LC25 and LC50 for 24 h,the activity of glutathione S transferase decreased by 92.57% and 98.01%, respectively, compared with the control.
