      小麦种质资源材料‘中4’是我国重要的小麦抗条锈亲本材料。自1994年以来连续多年进行接种鉴定和自然诱发鉴定,发现‘中4’在苗期及成株期对接种及自然诱发的条锈菌均表现免疫,抗病性表现优异。2007-2011年选用1 893份甘肃省小麦条锈菌单孢菌系进行毒性分析,仅有9个菌系对其有毒性,占0.49%。苗期接种26个国内外具有不同毒性谱的条锈菌单孢菌系,基因推导分析含有未知抗病基因。在育种中具有较好的利用价值,值得进一步研究利用。
英文摘要:
      The wheat germplasm ‘Zhong 4’ is an important parent to wheat stripe rust breeding in Longnan region, Gansu Province. Its resistance to stripe rust was evaluated by using inoculation of differential isolates in greenhouses, including artificial inoculation and natural induction. The results showed that it was immune to all testing races in all stages, and had better resistance than other germplasms, such as the wheat varieties ‘Moro’ and ‘Guinong 22’ from 1994. There were 9 Puccinia striiformis f.sp tritici isolates, only 0.49% of the 1893 isolates, which were virulent to ‘Zhong 4’ at the seedling stage during 2007-2011. By means of artificial inoculation of 26 P.striiformis isolates with different spectra of pathogenicity at the seedling stage, the resistance to stripe rust was identified. The results of resistance gene postulation showed that ‘Zhong 4’ was controlled by unknown genes. All these results showed that the wheat germplasm ‘Zhong 4’ had good potential applications in plant breeding against the wheat stripe rust in the future.
