Using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), the ultrastructure of the antennae of Lymantria dispar L. was observed. The results showed both the antennae of male and female moth contain four types of sensilla, namely sensilla trichodea, sensilla basiconica, sensilla coeloconica, sensilla chaetica, and sensilla trichodea was the most numerous. |
