      从橡胶树根际土壤中分离到一株对橡胶树白粉病(Oidium heveae )有较强拮抗作用的细菌S43,对其进行形态、生理生化特征以及gyrB基因序列分析,将S43鉴定为枯草芽胞杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。采用伤叶和不伤叶的方法,研究了标记菌株S43*在橡胶叶片中的定殖动态。结果表明:S43*能在橡胶树叶片上较好地定殖,接种后第1天菌量达到最大为1.34×105 cfu/g,随着时间推移标记菌株在叶片定殖数量呈总体下降趋势,接种15 d后达到稳定,为1.9×102 cfu/g。

      The bacterial isolate S43 was obtained from rhizosphere soils of rubber tree plantation, with a strong antagonism to the powdery mildew Oidium heveae B.A.Steinm on rubber trees. The isolate S43 was identified as Bacillus subtilis based on its morphological features, physiological and biochemical characteristics and gyrB gene sequence. With and without injuring leaves, colonization dynamics of the marked strain S43* was investigated on rubber trees. The results showed that the marked strain S43* could colonize rubber tree leaves well. Within 1 day after inoculation, the population of the marked strain S43* reached the maximum, which was 1.34 ×105 cfu/g. As time went on, the population of the marked strain S43* decreased gradually. After 15 days, the inoculated population was stable, which was 1.9×102 cfu/g.
