      为明确玉米不同生育期双斑长跗萤叶甲成虫数量估计的适宜抽样方法,在玉米心叶期、吐丝期、乳熟期,分别比较了五点法、双对角线、Z字形、棋盘格式和平行线法与逐行逐株调查法的抽样效果。结果表明:在玉米心叶期、吐丝期和乳熟期,棋盘式抽样法是最适合的抽样方法,适合对玉米田双斑长跗萤叶甲成虫种群密度进行估值调查。双对角线和Z字形也是比较可靠的抽样方法。如果仅仅需要了解成虫的种群发生发展趋势,在玉米的心叶期、吐丝期和乳熟期均可采用五点法进行抽样调查。
英文摘要:
      To determine the suitable sampling method of Monolepta hieroglyphica adults in corn during different developmental periods, five different sampling methods were compared with the control at whorl, silking and milk stages. The results showed that the checkerboard sampling method was optimal for the investigation of population density of M. hieroglyphica adults at whorl, silking and milk stages of corn. Double diagonal lines and zigzag sampling methods were also quite reliable. Five point method was a good sampling method if the population trend of M. hieroglyphica adults at whorl, silking and milk stages of corn was the only index to determine.
