      油棕猝倒病菌(Pythium splendens)是我国进境植物检疫性有害生物。本试验根据P. splendens rDNA-ITS区序列,设计了实时荧光PCR引物pyspF/pyspR及荧光探针pyspT,建立了P. splendens 荧光PCR检测方法,检测灵敏度为0.012 pg/μL。
英文摘要:
      Pythium splendens is one of the entry plant quarantine pests in China. The specific primer sets pyspF/pyspR and TaqMan probe pyspT were designed based on the region of ITS of P. splendens. The technique of real time fluorescent PCR was established to detect P. splendens.Experimental results showed that the limits of detection for P. splendens were 0.012 pg /μL.
