为了解海南三叶斑潜蝇幼虫对阿维菌素、阿维·杀虫单和灭蝇胺的敏感性现状,采用叶片浸渍法测定了海南省三亚、陵水、乐东和海口4个不同地理种群的三叶斑潜蝇幼虫对3种药剂的敏感性。试验结果表明,不同地区斑潜蝇对阿维菌素、阿维·杀虫单和灭蝇胺的敏感性存在较大的差异。其中,海口种群对3种药剂最为敏感,三亚种群敏感性最差。在生产上应注意对上述药剂的合理使用,以防止其抗性产生。 |

Preliminary bioassay was conducted to determine the susceptibility of Liriomyza trifolii collected from Lingshui, Ledong, Sanya and Haikou of Hainan Province to abamectin, abamectin·monosultap and cyromazineby leaf dip bioassay method. The results showed that L. trifolii collected from different geographical areas had different susceptibilities to abamectin, abamectin·monosultap and cyromazine. The most susceptible population was collected from Haikou, and Sanya population was the least susceptible one. Rational application of the above mentioned insecticides may delay development of resistance. |
