| 测定了3种杀虫剂对西花蓟马的室内毒力和田间防效。室内生物测定结果表明，多杀菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、阿维菌素对西花蓟马成虫的LC50值为0.050 ~2.887 mg/L，对西花蓟马若虫的LC50值为0.040~0.457 mg/L；田间药效试验表明，田间防治西花蓟马时推荐使用剂量（防效>80%）分别为：2.5%多杀菌素悬浮剂30~60 g/667 m2，1%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐乳油30~60 g/667 m2，1.8%阿维菌素乳油不可低于75 g/667 m2。 |

| The toxicity and control efficacy of three environment friendly insecticides were evaluated in the laboratory and field. The results of bioassay in the laboratory showed that the LC50 values of spinosad, emamectin benzoate and abamectin against F.occidentalis adults were in the range of 0.050-2.887 mg/L, while the LC50 values against F.occidentalis nymphs were in the range of 0.040-0.457 mg/L. Meanwhile, the control efficacy of these insecticides against F.occidentalis were investigated in the field, and the results showed that the recommended doses of these insecticides were 30-60 g/667 m2 for 2.5% spinosad SC, 30-60 g/667 m2 for 1% emamectin benzoate EC and over 75 g/667 m2 for 1.8% abamectin EC, respectively. |
