      采用浸虫法测定了氯虫苯甲酰胺、毒死蜱对甜菜夜蛾4龄幼虫的毒力,并比较了亚致死剂量对甜菜夜蛾生长发育和繁殖力的影响。结果表明,氯虫苯甲酰胺对甜菜夜蛾4龄幼虫毒力明显高于毒死蜱,其毒力为毒死蜱的665.61倍(LC50);两药剂亚致死剂量处理甜菜夜蛾4龄幼虫后,随着处理浓度的升高其化蛹率、蛹重、羽化率逐渐下降,氯虫苯甲酰胺LC10、LC30、LC50剂量处理后甜菜夜蛾化蛹率、蛹重和羽化率均低于毒死蜱LC10、LC30、LC50处理,其中氯虫苯甲酰胺LC10、LC50剂量处理后蛹重显著低于毒死蜱LC10、LC50处理,氯虫苯甲酰胺LC50处理羽化率显著低于毒死蜱LC50处理;两药剂处理后,甜菜夜蛾单雌产卵量随处理浓度的上升而下降,除LC50处理氯虫苯甲酰胺单雌产卵量较毒死蜱高外,其余均低于毒死蜱处理,但差异均不显著,幼虫孵化率和成活率分别为89.56%~91.62%和69.06%~73.38%,与对照差异不显著。

      The toxicity of chlorantraniliprole and chlorpyrifos to Spodoptera exigua was determined using dipping insect methods, and the sublethal effects of chlorantraniliprole and chlorpyrifos on the growth, development and fecundity of S.exigua were studied. The results indicated that the toxicity of chlorantraniliprole was 665.61 time (LC50) higher than that of chlorpyrifos. The ratios of pupation, weight of pupae and emergence of S.exigua were decreased with the increase of concentrations after treated with the two insecticides. After treated with LC10、LC30、LC50 of chlorantraniliprole, the ratios of pupation, weight of pupae and emergence were lower than those treated with chlorpyrifos, in which the weight of pupae treated with LC10、LC50 of chlorantraniliprole were significantly lower than those of chlorpyrifos, and the emergence of the insect treated with LC50 of chlorantraniliprole were significantly lower than with chlorpyrifos. After treated with the two insecticides, oviposition numbers of single female were decreased with the increase of concentrations, in which the oviposition numbers of the insect treated with chlorantraniliprole were all lower than with chlorpyrifos except with the LC50 dosage. However, the ratios of egg hatching and survival were 89.56%-91.62% and 69.06%-73.38%, respectively, and the differences were not significantly, compared with the CK.
