为了明确温度对食锈菌瘿蚊(Mycodiplosis sp.)蛹发育和成虫寿命的影响,为利用该类昆虫进行植物锈病的生物控制提供基础,在智能人工气候箱内5个恒温条件下(18、22、26、30 ℃和34 ℃)测定食锈菌瘿蚊蛹的发育历期和成虫寿命,并对蛹的发育起点温度和有效积温进行研究。在18~30 ℃的温度范围内,蛹的发育历期和成虫寿命从18 ℃的11.23 d和5.58 d缩短至30 ℃条件下的5.98 d和2.98 d,与温度呈负相关,且温度对食锈菌瘿蚊蛹的发育历期和成虫寿命具有显著影响(p<0.05);当温度达到34 ℃时,蛹的发育历期和成虫寿命略有延长;蛹的发育起点温度为(5.82±2.28)℃,有效积温为(142.03±17.52)日·度。食锈菌瘿蚊蛹的发育速率总体趋势符合逻辑斯蒂曲线;而成虫寿命则随着温度的升高整体上呈下降趋势,说明高温不利于其存活。 |

To clarify the influences of temperature on the pupal development and adult longevity of Mycodiplosis sp., and provide a foundation for utilizing such insects in biological control of plant rust. The pupal development and adult longevity of Mycodiplosis sp. were studied under 5 constant temperatures (18 ℃, 22 ℃, 26 ℃, 30 ℃, 34 ℃), and the pupal developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulative temperature were calculated. The pupal development period and adult longevity were reduced from 11.23 d and 5.58 d at 18 ℃ to 5.98 d and 2.98 d at 30 ℃, and was negatively related with temperature, while the temperature had a significant influence on the pupal development period and adult longevity. The pupal development period and adult longevity extended a bit at 34 ℃. The developmental threshold temperature and the effective accumulative temperature of pupae were (5.82±2.28)℃, and (142.03±17.52) day·degree. The total trends of pupal growth rate of Mycodiplosis sp. was in accordance with the Logistic curve, while the adult longevity showed downtrend along with the rising of temperature, illustrating that high temperature was not beneficial to their survival. |
