      采用扫描电子显微镜对柑橘粉虱(Dialeurodes citri-Ashm)雌雄成虫触角进行了观察,研究其触角的超微形态特征。结果表明,雌雄柑橘粉虱触角均为线状,共7节,由柄节、梗节和鞭节(5亚节)组成;触角表面形态变化多样;触角感受器有5种类型,分别为毛形感受器、刚毛感受器、钟形感受器、栓锥感受器和板形感受器,其中毛形感受器最为丰富,约占总数的80 %;雌、雄成虫触角上各种感受器类型及数量无明显差异。
英文摘要:
      The ultrastructure of the antennae of Dialeurodes citri (Ashm) was observed with scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the antennae were filiform and consisted of the scape,pedicel and 5 subsegments of flagellum. Five types of sensilla were identified on antennae,including trichodea sensilla,basiconca sensilla,campaniform sensilla,styloconica sensilla and placoclea sensilla. The trichodea sensillum was dominant, accounting for about 80 % of all sensilla. No difference was found in type and distribution of sensilla between the male and female adults. This study provides useful information for explaining its physiology and habit, and species classification.
