本文对棉花苗期棉黑蚜为害诱导作用下,棉花蕾期受棉蚜为害程度、生理状态和营养成分的变化进行了研究。结果表明,棉黑蚜为害后的棉株再受棉蚜为害时,田间蚜量和受害程度明显低于只受一次棉蚜为害的棉株,棉黑蚜―棉蚜为害处理较仅棉蚜为害处理棉株的抗生物质脯氨酸含量以及苯丙氨酸解氨酶、过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶活性都显著提高,氨基酸、氮含量有所下降。 |

The damage level caused by Aphis gossypii, physiological state and nutrient components of budding stage cotton infested by A. atrata at seeding stage were studied. The results showed that when the cotton damaged by A. atrata at seedling stage was damaged by A. gossypii at budding stage again, the amounts of aphids and damage levels were significantly less than those only by A. gossypii for one time. The proline content and activities of phenylalanine ammonia lyase, peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase increased significantly, while the contents of amino acids and total nitrogen slightly decreased. |
