[目的] 明确硅对芹菜幼苗乙草胺药害的缓解效果,为除草剂解毒提供依据。[方法] 在除草剂乙草胺处理下,研究不同浓度的硅对芹菜幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。[结果] 与对照相比,乙草胺抑制了芹菜幼苗的生长,降低了芹菜的根系活力和叶绿素含量,从而减少了干物质的积累。外施硅可以显著提高芹菜叶片SOD、POD、CAT保护酶活性,缓解了叶片电解质渗漏率及丙二醛含量的快速增加,从而有效缓解乙草胺对芹菜幼苗的影响。施用1.0 mmol/L硅处理20 d时,芹菜干物质积累达到了对照的95.1%;但施用2.0 mmol/L硅,缓解效果则降低。[结论] 外施一定浓度的硅可以缓解乙草胺对芹菜幼苗生长的影响,但外施浓度过高,缓解效果则降低。 |

[Objective] It is aimed to understand the alleviatory effect of exogenous silicon on celery injury by acetochlor, so as to provide the basis for the antidotal action to herbicides. [Method] The effect of different silicon concentrations on the growth and physiological characteristics of celery seedlings was investigated under acetochlor treatment. [Result] Acetochlor treatment inhibited the growth of celery seedlings, reduced root activity, lessened chlorophyll contents and dry matter accumulation. Exogenous silicon was able to elevate the activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and catalase of celery seedling leaves, and efficiently alleviated the increase of electrolytic leakage and MDA content, and, accordingly, prevented celery seedlings from the injury of acetochlor. Compared with the control, dry matter accumulation of celery seedlings reached to 95.1%, with treatment of 1 mmol/L silicon for 20 days, but the silicon effect decreased with treatment of 2.0 mmol/L silicon.[Conclusion] Exogenous silicon with some concentration was able to relieve the effect of acetochlor on celery seedling growth, but with the increase of silicon concentration, the alleviatory effect decreased. |
