| 运用比较形态学、同工酶和mtDNA-PCR对采自海南岛4个市县的葫芦科蔬菜根结线虫进行鉴定，结果发现5个种群均存在象耳豆根结线虫(Meloidogyne enterolobii)。该种线虫是葫芦［Lagenaria siceraria (Molina) Standl］和丝瓜［Luf〖KG-0.5mm〗f〖KG-0.1mm〗a cylindrica (Linn.) Roem］上的新记录种，文昌和陵水属其首次被报道的分布地区。有2个样本表现为象耳豆根结线虫和南方根结线虫(M. incognita)的混合种群。 |

| The root knot nematodes on Cucurbitaceae vegetables collected from 4 cities in Hainan Island were identified by using morphological characters, isozymes and mtDNA-PCR. Meloidogyne enterolobii were found in 5 samples, and it was a new record species on Lagenaria siceraria (Molina) Standl and Luffa cylindrica Roem. Its distribution in Wenchang and Lingshui was also reported. Miscegenation of M. enterolobii and M. incognita was observed on two samples. |
