为了筛选对胡椒瘟病菌具有较好抑菌活性的植物提取物,采用菌丝生长速率法测试了23种热带特有植物提取物对胡椒瘟病菌的抑菌作用。结果表明,供试植物干样提取物浓度为10 mg/mL时,圆滑番荔枝、黄皮、蔓马缨丹、益智、假蒟和酸豆提取物的抑菌活性较好,其中圆滑番荔枝提取物的抑菌率高达100%;当浓度为5 mg/mL时,圆滑番荔枝、黄皮和蔓马缨丹提取物的抑菌率仍超过50%,分别为82.94%、78.39%和74.19%,其对病原菌菌丝生长的EC50分别为1.647 1、2.966 2、2.953 4 mg/mL。 |

To screen the plant extracts against Phytophthora capsici, the inhibitory activity of 23 tropic plant extracts were tested using mycelial growth rate method. The results showed that the inhibition rate of 10 mg/mL Annona glabra Linn., Artabotrys hexapetalus (Linn.f.) Bhandari, Clausena lansium (Lour.) Skeels, Lantana montevidensis Briq., Alpinia oxyphylla Miq., Piper sarmentosum Roxb. and Tamarindus indica Linn. extracts had high inhibition rate to P. capsici, among which A. glabra had an inhibition rate up to 100%. When the concentration was 5 mg/mL, the inhibition rates of A. glabra, C. lansium and L. montevidensis extracts were 82.94%, 78.39% and 74.19%, respectively. The EC50 values of them were 1.647 1, 2.966 2 and 2.953 4 mg/mL, respectively. |
