      烟草既是重要的经济作物,同时又是双子叶模式植物,因此以烟草为对象展开研究一方面可以阐明异源基因的功能,另一方面有可能获得对病虫害抗性提高的有实用价值的转基因烟草株系。本文综述了近年来国内外利用转基因技术,在验证抗病虫害基因功能、提高烟草抗病虫害生物逆境方面的研究进展,以期为其他作物的抗病虫害研究提供借鉴。
英文摘要:
      Tobacco is not only one of the important economic crops, but also a model plant of the dicotyledons. The transgenic research on tobacco could be used to verify the function of genes from other resources. On the other hand, the practical tobacco lines with improved biotic stress tolerance could be produced from this process. In order to provide good references for modification of other crops, the advances in verifying the function of diseases and pests resistant genes and improving biotic stress tolerance by tobacco genetic engineering in recent years were reviewed.
