中文摘要:
      植物凝集素是一类具有高度特异性糖结合活性的蛋白,含有1个或多个可与单糖或寡聚糖特异可逆结合的非催化结构域,在农业生产上应用前景广阔。本文简要概述了几种植物凝集素:雪莲凝集素、天南星科植物凝集素、苋菜类植物凝集素在抗刺吸害虫基因工程上的应用,并简单介绍了转双价抗虫基因方面的研究。
英文摘要:
      Plant lectins are proteins possessing at least one non catalytic domain that binds reversibly to specific mono or oligosaccharides. They distinguish themselves from other plant proteins by the ability of carbohydrate binding. It has a prospective use in agricultural production. The applications of several plant lectins, i. e. galanthus nivalis agglutinin, agglutinin from Araceae and agglutinin from Amaranthus on the sucking pest resistant gene engineering were summarized in this paper. The research on the binary insect resistant transgenic plant was also introduced.
