通过室内生测法,研究了不同浓度的黄花棘豆甲醇提取液对油菜、燕麦、反枝苋和狗尾草萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:黄花棘豆植株地上部分和地下部分的甲醇提取液对4种受体的萌发和幼苗生长均有影响,显著抑制了4种受体萌发和生长。同时随着浓度的降低,其抑制作用逐渐减弱,表现出较强的浓度效应。其中浓度为0.100 g/mL的黄花棘豆甲醇提取液对油菜、燕麦、反枝苋和狗尾草的种子萌发、幼苗生长和根生长抑制作用最为明显。 |

The effects of Oxytropis ochrocephala Bunge on Brassica campestris Linn., Avena sativa Linn., Amaranthus retroflexus Linn. and Setaria viridis (Linn.) Beauv. were studied in different methanol extraction densities. The results showed that the methanol extracts of the overground and underground parts of O. ochrocephala had the strongest inhibitory effects on the germination and growth of the four plants. As the concentration decreased, the effects gradually diminished, showing a strong concentration effect. When the concentration was 0.100g/mL, the most obvious inhibition on seed germination and the growth of seedling and root were observed. |
