| 对海南岛12个县市胡椒产区的27个胡椒病原根结线虫种群进行了纯化培养，运用形态学、同工酶技术及mtDNA扩增技术进行了种类鉴定，结果发现27个纯培养种群中有26个是南方根结线虫，1个是花生根结线虫，南方根结线虫占了96.3％。 |

| Twenty-seven Meloidogyne populations on pepper were collected and purified in Hainan.The advanced methods based on morphology, isoenzyme technology and mtDNA marker were applied for species identification.The results showed that 26 root-knot nematode populations were M.incognita and one was M.arenaria.M.incognita was the dominant, accounting for 96.3% of all of the populations. |
