| 辽东楤木是一种经济价值较高的野生植物。本文通过对辽宁省栽培的辽东楤木的全生长期的多点实地调查,总结了叶部病害的发生症状特点,并将采集到的罹病叶片病斑进行了病原菌的分离、鉴定,经柯赫氏法则证实分离出的4个属真菌是导致叶部病斑发生的病原菌,为生产上有效预防辽东楤木病害的发生提供依据。 |

| Aralia elata(Miq.) Seem,an arbor of high economic value,has been cultivated extensively in recent years in China.Some diseases has occurred on the tree in the field and become more serious with the increase of planting areas.The yield and economic value decreased due to the prevailing of the diseases,and the disease has emerged to be a restricting factor to A.elata cultivation.According to the investigation of the diseases occurring on cultivated A.elata in Liaoning within a whole season,4 fungi were identified and were determined to be the pathogen of the disease by Koch's Rule.The disease symptoms and occurrence conditions were described as well.The data presented in this paper would help prevent the disease epidemics of A.elata and provided a basis for further research. |
