      对热带洋兰叶斑病病原菌串珠镰刀菌B10b开展了寄主范围、生物学特性研究,并对其进行了防治药剂毒力测定。结果表明:人工接种后该病原菌能侵染石斛兰、蝴蝶兰、大花蕙兰和文心兰叶片并引起典型叶斑病症状;其菌丝生长的最适温度范围为25~28℃,最适pH7~8;甘露醇、麦芽糖、可溶性淀粉是其最佳生长碳源,牛肉膏和蛋白胨是最适氮源;菌丝和孢子的致死温度为65℃30 min;异菌脲、腈菌唑对菌丝生长的抑制作用很强,其EC50分别为1.12×10-5μg/mL和1.525 4μg/mL,甲基硫菌灵和代森锰锌的效果较弱,其EC50分别为105.879 8μg/mL和66.830 2μg/mL。
英文摘要:
      Fusarium moniliforme causing orchid leaf spot was isolated from Dendrobium chrysopterum,which had been identified as B10b.Its pathogenicity,biological characteristics and fungicide sensitivity were studied.The results showed that it could infect Dendrobium spp.,Phalaenopsis spp.,Cymbidiumhybridum spp.and Oncidinm spp.,and cause typical leaf spots.The optimal temperature and pH ranges for its mycelial growth was 25-28 ℃ and pH7-pH8,respectively.D-mannitol,soluble starch and maltose were its optimal carbon sources,while beef extract and peptone were its proper nitrogen sources.The lethal temperature for its mycelial growth and spore germination was 65℃ for 30 min.Iprodione and myclobutanil could significantly inhibit its mycelium growth.Their EC50 values were 1.12×10-5 μg/mL and 1.525 4μg/mL,respectively,but thiophanate methyl and mancozeb could not inhibit its growth effectively,with their EC50 values as 105.879 8 μg/mL and 66.830 2 μg/mL,respectively.
