| A technique for isolation of single fungal spores was developed.This technique involved directly picking up spores on the surface of water agar by hands,with a simple spore-picking needle,under microscope.Though sophisticated,this technique needs only a simple tool and is efficient in isolating single spores,which could be used in several special cases. |
