      采用快速萃取法提取了紫油厚朴叶中的有效成分,用其提取物对马铃薯青枯病菌进行了抑菌作用及马铃薯青枯病的盆栽防治试验研究。结果表明:紫油厚朴叶提取物在浓度为含厚朴总酚0.6、0.3、0.2、0.1 mg/mL时对马铃薯青枯病菌均表现较强的抑菌活性;厚朴叶提取物对受试的马铃薯青枯病菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为厚朴总酚0.1 mg/mL;盆栽防治试验效果亦很好。
英文摘要:
      The inhibitory effects of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils.leaf extract(MOLE)against Ralstonia solanacearum on potato were tested in vitro.The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and inhibitory circle of the extract were determined.The results showed that the MOLE had a strong inhibitory effect against R.solanacearum on potato.The minimal inhibitory concentration of MOLE is 0.1 mg/mL of total hydroxybenzene.Preventive control efficacy could be over 75% when the concentration of total hydroxybenzene in MOLE was at 0.1 mg/mL.
