从不同地区和不同海拔果园采集枇杷幼果,分离与测定INA细菌冰核活性,结果表明冰核细菌广泛分布在不同产区枇杷幼果,其带菌率与地理生态条件有关。高海拔果园幼果带菌率高达77.5%,且出现冰核活性强的分离菌,海拔愈低其带菌率相应下降。用2个菌株做人工模拟霜冻和果园接种试验,结果显示接种处理明显加剧冻害,多数情况严重度增50%以上。首次证明INA细菌是诱发枇杷幼果冻害的重要因素。 |

Loquats were collected from different areas and heights,and ice nucleation bacteria(INA) were isolated and determined.The results showed that ice bacteria were distributed in different loquat-planting areas.The infection rate was related with the ecological conditions,reaching up to 77.5% at high elevations.Meanwhile,the high ice activity bacteria were seen at high elevations.Conversely,the lower the height,the lower the infection rate.The experiments were conducted in artificial cream cartons and in the field.It was shown that inoculation of INA could significantly increase frost damages.The severity of frost damage could reach more than 50%.This is the first proof that INA bacteria are one of the major factors inducing and causing frost damages. |
