The technology and approaches for sample collecting,sample handling,isolation and purification of actinomyces from soils were systematically introduced based on the previous reports and the authors' own work.The methods for bioassay and evaluation of actinomyces and their metabolites to the pathogens(e.g.fungi and bacteria),insect pests and weeds were also introduced. |
