| 以烟粉虱[Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)]和温室白粉虱[Trialeurodes vaporariorum(Westwood)]小型昆虫为研究对象,比较了这些小型昆虫可溶性蛋白SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的检测方法。结果表明,改进的复合银染法在蛋白质检测中具有效果好、简单快捷的特点。 |
