用高浓度CO2气体胁迫处理药材甲老熟幼虫及体外磷酸酯酶,通过终点法测定酶活性变化,分析气调胁迫与磷酸酯酶活性变化之间的关系。结果显示,高浓度CO2密闭处理药材甲老熟幼虫6 h和12 h,ACP比活力分别升高6.41%和18.96%,ALP活力分别降低了7.69%和7.91%。ACP经CO2体外处理30、60、120 min,比活力分别增强92.77%、127.43%和67.91%。可见,高浓度CO2气调胁迫处理对药材甲老熟幼虫ACP和ALP活力均有一定影响。 |

Under stress of CO2-enriched atmosphere(CA),the activities of phosphatases from the mature larvae of Stegobium paniceum(L.) were determined by using endpoint method.The results showed that if the insects were exposed to CA for 6h or 12 h,the specific activity of ACP increased by 6.41% and 18.96%,respectively,but the activity of ALP declined by 7.69% and 7.91%,respectively.When ACP was treated with CO2 in vitro for 30 min,60 min and 120 min at 37 ℃,its specific activity increased by 92.77%,127.43% and 67.91%,respectively.Therefore,CA might contribute to the change of phosphatases.These data can be used in the research and analysis of the mechanisms for pest control with CA and resistance. |
