| Dwarf bunt of wheat,caused by Tilletia controversa Kühn(TCK),is an important international quarantine disease on wheat and the same is true for China.Morphological,biological and molecular biological methods for detection of TCK were systematically reviewed in this paper.Prospects for molecular detection,diagnosis and monitoring of this disease were also put forward. |
