采用生长速率法和悬滴法室内测试了不同浓度苦参提取物对葱菌核菌、番茄早疫菌、菜豆根腐菌、辣椒枯萎菌、黄瓜枯萎菌、茄子黄萎菌等6种蔬菜病原菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:苦参提取物对供试病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发均有很强的抑制作用。在供试质量浓度10mg/mL时,对辣椒枯萎菌、葱菌核菌、菜豆根腐菌、黄瓜枯萎菌菌丝生长的抑制率均在61%以上;在供试质量浓度30mg/mL时,对辣椒枯萎菌、菜豆根腐菌、黄瓜枯萎菌、番茄早疫菌的抑制率均在70%以上,对葱菌核菌的抑制率达81.61%。试验表明,随着苦参提取液浓度的升高对供试菌孢子萌发抑制作用增强。在供试质量浓度30mg/mL时,孢子萌发抑制率均在77.04%以上。 |

The crude extracts of Sophora flavescens Ait were bioassayed by using growth-rate and pendant-drop methods for their fungicidal potential against six plant fungal pathogens at different concentrations.The results showed that the crude extracts demonstrated significant antifungal activity.To mycelial growth,the inhibitory rate was at least 61% against four of the seven plant pathogens tested at the concentration of 10 mg/mL,while the inhibitory rate was at least 70% to mycelial growth of four of the six plant pathogens tested at the concentration of 30 mg/mL,with the highest 81.61% against S.sclerotiorum.To spore germination,the inhibitory rate became higher with the rise of concentrations.The inhibitory rate was at least 77.04% to spore germination of the six plant pathogens tested at the concentration of 30 mg/mL. |
