在温度(26±1)℃、湿度60%~70%、光周期L∥D=14h∥10h的试验条件下,研究了B型烟粉虱对12个大豆品种的选择性以及这些品种对其生长发育、繁殖、存活和种群增长的影响。结果表明,B型烟粉虱对12个大豆品种的选择性有明显差异,其中对3618-4和浙春3号有很强的选择性,而对辽鲜1号的选择性最弱;此外,B型烟粉虱在不同大豆品种上的适生性也存在显著差异,其中在3618-4和浙春3号上的生存和繁殖适合性最高,即抗虫性最弱,而在辽鲜1号和5702上的生存和繁殖适合性最低,即抗虫性最强。 |

The selectivity,development,reproduction and population increase of B biotype Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)on twelve different varieties of soybean,Glycine max M.were studied in the laboratory.The results showed that the selectivity of B biotype B.tabaci to the twelve varieties of soybeans exhibited significant difference.The most preferred varieties were 3618-4 and Zhechun No.3,and the least preferred one was Liaoxian No.1.B biotype B.tabaci had the highest fitness on 3618-4 and Zhechun No.3 and the lowest fitness on Liaoxian No.1 and 5702,suggesting that Liaoxian No.1 and 5702 showed the highest resistance to B biotype B.tabaci,while 3618-4 and Zhechun No.3 the lowest. |
