在隔离条件下,研究了抗草甘膦转基因大豆对豆田生物多样性的影响,结果表明抗草甘膦转基因大豆AG5601害虫多样性指数、优势度、物种丰富度、均匀性指数与受体品种SNK500差异不显著,转基因大豆AG5601豆田主要害虫烟粉虱、大豆蚜、烟蓟马的发生数量与受体品种SNK500差异不显著,初步说明抗草甘膦转基因大豆对害虫群落没有影响。 |

The effects of herbicide-tolerant soybeans on the biodiversity in soybean fields were studied under isolated conditions in this paper.The diversity index,dominance and abundance of main soybean pests on herbicide-tolerant soybean AG5601 and non-transgenic soybean SNK500 were analyzed.The results showed that there were no difference in diversity index and the number of main soybean pests such as Bemisia tabaci Gennadius,Aphis glycines,Thrips tabaci on soybean AG6501 and SNK500.It was suggested that the communities of main soybean pests were not affected by herbicide-tolerant soybeans. |
