| Along with the development of China's economy,the plant quarantine has made quite great progress.This article sums up the reform in plant quarantine system,how the quarantine policy being in line with the international practice,the reform in supervision and management mode and the important roles of plant quarantine played in preventing the invasion of foreign organisms and providing services to agriculture,rural areas and farmers and in foreign trade exchanges.It also describes the research of scientific decision-making in plant quarantine,and technical progress in the application of molecular biotechnology and diversity in the quarantine treatment. |
