| Two strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated in Hexi in Gansu and Aletai in Xinjiang.The strains were examined using 16S rDNA gene sequences.The results showed that the pathogens might be Pseudomonas syringae pv.lachrymans(Smith et Bryan) Young et al.,based on their culture patterns,morphological characteristics and staining reactions. |
