      分离得到的芽孢杆菌菌株B110对棉花黄、枯萎病原真菌具有强烈抑制作用,根据其形态特征、生理生化特征、16S rDNA基因序列测定和聚类分析鉴定菌株B110为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。用经过硫酸铵沉淀、Sephadex G-75分离得到的粗提蛋白,通过对分生孢子萌发的抑制试验和对菌丝生长的抑制试验对其抑菌方式进行了研究,抗菌蛋白能够使棉花黄萎病菌的孢子萌发受到抑制,菌丝扭曲畸变,进而原生质凝聚,最后导致菌丝断裂。
英文摘要:
      The isolated antagonistic bacterial strain B110 strongly inhibited the spread of Verticillium dahliae and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum on cotton.Strain B110 was identified as Bacillus subtilis by morphological,physiological,biochemical characters of its cells,the sequence of 16S rDNA and cluster analysis.The component of antifungal proteins from B110 was separated by(NH4)2SO4 precipitation and gel filtration on Sephadex G-75 column.The mode of action of antifungal protein was studied by the method of spore germination and hypha growth.The spore germination was inhibited,and the hyphae were deformed by the antifungal protein and finally ruptured due to protoplast agglomeration.
