| 药材甲[Stegobium paniceum(L.)]是中药材储藏期害虫优势种,对我国储藏中药材造成极大危害。此虫卵小,椭圆形,长径296.80～380.80μm,短径224.00～313.60μm。幼虫有4个龄期,1～2龄体小,3～4龄体长迅速增加,整个幼虫期蛀食生存于药材中。蛹被蛹室,长5～10 mm,发育过程中伴随颜色变化。成虫体长2～6 mm,羽化后2～3 d交配产卵,单雌卵量(55.78±3.01)粒,寿命(22.22±1.39)d。1年发生3～4代,世代重叠明显,多以当年第4代幼虫越冬。 |

| Drugstore beetle Stegobium paniceum(L.) is a dominant pest species in stored CMMs(Chinese medicinal material).Great loss has been caused by its infestation to stored CMM products throughout the year.Its eggs are ellipse,with major radius as 296.80-380.80 μm and minor radius as 224.00-313.60 μm.Four larval stadiums exist.The 1st and 2nd instars are small in size,but the size of the 3rd to 4th instars are much bigger.All larvae developed in the holes of CMMs.The pupae covered with "cells" are 5-10 mm in length.During their development,the pupae would undergo change in color.The adults are 2-6 mm in length.They laid eggs in 2-3 days after emergence.The number of eggs laid by each female is 55.78±3.01.Their life expectancy is(22.22±1.39) days.They have 3-4 generations per year in Guiyang.They over-winter as 4th instar larvae. |
