| 依据陇东越夏菌量的流行结构,采用菌量指示田及生物捕捉测定侵染源菌量,用人工接菌和自然发病的方法测定越夏海拔下限,以确定菌原有效传播范围。此结果用于陇东条锈病秋季病情测报,其病情预报与实际流行程度相符。 |

| Eastern Gansu is the main area for oversummering wheat stripe rust in China,and the amount of oversummering pathogens is the key factor influencing the disease index in autumn.To confirm the effective transmission range of the pathogens based on the epidemic structure of the oversummering pathogens,the pathogens of infection source were determined by indicator fields and biological predation.Artificial inoculation and spontaneous disease were also used to determine the minimum limit of oversummering altitude.When applied in the field,the disease forecast was in accordance with the actual epidemiology. |
