With large-scale application of transgenic crops,their resistance risks have received increasing attention.Recent advances in high dose/refuge resistance management strategy of Bt-transgenic crops were reviewed,including several factors that affect high-dose/refuge resistance management strategy.In compliance with the actual situation in China,several suggestions on resistance management of Bt-transgenic crops were put forth. |
