| 苏云金芽孢杆菌作为重要的杀虫微生物在生物防治中发挥了巨大作用。其分类鉴定对于研究资源的多样性、快速筛选优良菌株、预测其杀虫活性、分离克隆新的Btδ-内毒素基因等方面具有重要意义。本文对Bt菌株的分类、δ-内毒素基因分类、鉴定方法进行了分析讨论。 |

| As a very important microbial pesticide,Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt) is playing significant role in biological control.Classification and identification of Bt and cry gene are important for investigating the diversity of Bt resources,screening new Bt strains with high or novel insecticidal activity,predicting the insecticidal activity and cloning new cry gene.In this paper,the classification of Bt strains and cry genes and the identification methods of cry genes were reviewed. |
