| With the increase of the planting area of sweet corn in China,the damage caused by Asian corn borer,Ostrinia furnacalis(Guenée) seriously affects the yield and quality of sweet corn.The studies on occurrence and damage of Asian corn borer and its control measures are relatively scarce as its planting history is short.This paper reviewed the oviposition behavior,larval damage of corn borers and the related control measures in the world so as to provide references for Chinese researchers of Asian corn borer. |
