| Extensive application of chemical herbicides caused a series of social problems,especially to the environment.With the increase of worldwide environmental consciousness and the need of sustainable development of agriculture,the study on high-efficiency,environment-friendly bioherbicides becomes more and more important to social benefits and economic development.In this paper,we summarized the categories of microbial herbicides,their formulations and characteristics and also introduced the potential superiority of and the advances in microbial herbicides both domestically and overseas.The biosafety of microbial herbicides is also discussed. |
