| 对玫烟色拟青霉9867菌株培养条件进行了研究,试验结果表明:液体菌种最佳培养时间为65 h,其菌丝生物量最高,达20.62 g/L;固体培养最佳时间为20 d。液体菌种接种量为4%,初始pH为6～7,最佳培养温度为26℃。 |

| The culture conditions of Paecilomyces fumosoroseus were studied in this paper.The results showed that the optimum pH ranged from 6 to 7 and the optimum temperature was 26℃ with 65h of liquid culture,20 days of solid culture and 4% of initial inoculum. |
